Attraction ticket purchases are refundable, even if your tickets have been shipped (it will need to be confirmed that your tickets are un-used).

We use common sense business practices.

The right to charge a re-stocking fee of 4% of the total order amount is reserved - to cover shipping, handling & the processing fees associated with accepting your credit card.

Bus Tours - $10 per person cancellation or no-show fee will be charged for guests canceling the same day, who do not show, or who re-schedule the same day of the service.

       Mon-Fri 8:30am - 7pm
 Saturday 8:30am - 4pm
 Sunday 12pm - 4pm
    • You must have pre-ordered.
    • Packages cannot be supplied to walk in's.
    • Two (2) forms of ID are required to collect tickets. Government issued photo id such as driver's license/passport & the Credit/Debit card used for the order. The name on both forms of ID must MATCH.
    • All orders placed before 3pm (E.S.T) will be ready for pick up the next business day*. Orders after 3pm (E.S.T) on Friday (all day Saturday & Sunday) will be ready for pick up on Tuesday.

    * a business day is Monday to Friday unless there is a national or bank holiday.


  3. Express Shipping

    Express Shipping Delivery: All orders placed before 3pm (E.S.T) will be shipped the next business day*. Orders after 3pm (E.S.T) on Thursday (all day Friday, Saturday & Sunday) will be shipped on Monday.
