BOOKING CONDITIONS
The party leader accepts these conditions on behalf of all members in the
party. Only persons named on the booking form are entitled to use the property.
Special Note Your contract will be with the owner of the chosen
accommodation.
Minors we cannot accept bookings from party leaders under the age of 18 years.
Check in/Checkout. The property is available from 4 pm on the day of
arrival and must be vacated by lO.30 am
on the day of departure (it may
be possible to change these- times
but-you must request this prior to the commencement of your holiday) -
Your responsibilities. The party must treat the property; it's furniture, fittings, utensils and other facilities with respect. Any loss or damage must be reported immediately to the management company. The applicant must make good or pay for any loss, damage or breakage. The owner named SCULLY or their booking agent reserve the right to charge the applicants/party leaders credit card from the details given on the front of this form, or if a credit card number has not been lodged from the cash deposit held, for any loss or damage caused to the property or it's contents by any member of the party. The Property is not to house or be used in illegal American Activities.
Safety. Children must be supervised by
an adult in the pool area at all times. Hence the installation of pool
fence, its the parents responsibility to ensure this protection is in
place. Glass and breakable crockery
must not be taken into the pool or surrounding patio area. Please use plastic
utensils for this area. Please do not disarm the alarm on the Patio door if you
are responsible for minors.
Cleaning. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival
and after you have departed. Should you require daily maid service or a weekly
clean this must be requested prior to the commencement of your holiday. Although
the property will be cleaned after your departure it must still be left in an
orderly state and all kitchen utensils should be washed. All used bed linen and
towels should be placed where applicable in the laundry room or similar. Should
the property require extensive cleaning the owner. or their booking agent
reserve the right to withhold any moneys from the security deposit or charge
the credit card from the details given on the visa declaration held by us, to
pay for extra cleaning.
Problems. Any complaints related to the accommodation must be
made in writing to the representative/ management company within 24 hours of
any problem arising, who will endeavour to put things right. Unless there is a
valid reason, I will not or. my agents or representatives be liable for any
complaint that was not initially registered with representative / Management
company during your stay.
The party leader is hereby made aware that on many estates there will
be homes under construction, the owner or, their agents or representatives will
not accept liability for complaints arising from construction. The owner,
Management Company or their agents will not be liable for any loss or delay
caused by conditions over which they have no control. The owner, Management
company or their agents will not be liable for any loss due to noise or
disturbance from anywhere within the vicinity of the rental property. Any
dispute between us will be governed by English Law and is subject to the
non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English or Scottish Courts.
Climate. The party leader is hereby made aware that some places
such as Florida is a tropical climate and therefore it is the home of many
insects etc.; all homes are treated on a regular basis to repel such unwanted visitors
but inevitably they occasionally will find there way inside properties from
time. They are best eradicated by spraying with an appropriate product which we
suggest chemicals be kept away from minors.
Please refrain from leaving food lying around. .
Pool Heat: For villas with private pools, pool heat is charged as
an optional extra when available. Most
of the pool heaters are electrical heat pumps and the temperature is dependent
of the outside temperature. In cold weather the pumps will cut out from time to
time and we can therefore not be held responsible be for such conditions over
which we have no control. The owner or Travel or their booking agent can not
enter into correspondence relating to pool temperatures, this has to be
addressed to the local villa manager at the time any problems occur. The
pool heaters are thematically controlled between 80 and 85 degrees Fahrenheit
are on a time switch, and do not operate late evenings and early mornings. Also
to supplement the Pool temperature is free solar Heating.
Which is also dependent on the Ambient
surrounding Air and Radiant Temperature
Force Majeure we cannot accept
any responsibility or pay any compensation where the performance of this
contract is prevented or affected by reasons of circumstances which amount to
"force majeure."
Booking / Cancellation. Full payment is required 10 weeks before departure.
The party leader must make any additions or alterations to the booking in
writing, there will be a charge for any alterations made. Cancelling a booking up to 10 weeks before
departure will mean loss of deposit. If a booking is cancelled less than 10
weeks before departure then the party leader liable for the total cost of the
booking.
All party
members are strongly recommended to take out adequate holiday insurance to
cover cancellation, accident, illness etc.

Very occasionally guests may incur additional charges above normal wear
and tear due to such things as misuse of the telephone, damage to property,
extra cleaning charges etc. To
protect the owners a Security deposit of £150 will be required on payment of
final balance. A percentage will be used to pay for any damages or against such
losses. In the unlikely event of this happening the party leader will beheld
responsible and notified of costs. The full deposit will be refunded to the
party leader on their return providing the site manager finds no problems.
The names of all the members of your party should be entered above.
If our management company find that more people are in the property
than are listed you will be asked to leave and NO refunds will be given.
Our property is licensed for 10 people and under no circumstances will
more be allowed to stay.
